Position Title: Engineer/ Sr. Engineer/Assistant Manager (Quality Control)

Location: Sarlanagar Cement Works

Essential :B.Sc with Chemistry one of the subject

Preferably : M.Sc (Chemistry)

Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills:

• Knowledge of physical testing and chemical analysis of cement
• Knowledge in preparation of raw mix design
• Capable of doing fuel testing like Fuel proximate and ultimate analysis
• Knowledge of XRF & XRD Operation, Calibration
• Knowledge of BIS Standards & ISO
• Operation of flame photometer
• Standardization & Calibration of all Lab equipments

KRA 1: Optimum utilization of raw materials & fuels

KRA 2: Optimum utilization of heavy equipment's

KRA 3: Maintaining quality parameters as per BIS & Internal standards

KRA 4: Maintaining Raw meal LSF standard deviation as per target

KRA 5: 100% Safety compliance
