Engineer: Solutions QA

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and provide onsite support for HAT/Go-Live.
• Understand customer use cases and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for various applications.
• Implement test automation strategies and processes to achieve optimal test coverage.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and proactiveness in all tasks.
• Actively participate in Agile sprints from the design phase onward.
• Contribute to various in-house R&D activities.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of work experience with proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, Cucumber, Pytest).
• Solid understanding of SQL and Linux.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and propose improvements by thinking outside the box.
• Flexible to work in odd hours as per the customer requirements .
