Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Engineer / Sr. Engineer with hands-on experience in installation and field service within the building materials or construction industry. The role involves on-site execution, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle installation and commissioning of products/equipment at client sites
- Execute field service activities including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper installation as per standards
- Provide on-site technical support and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution
- Maintain service reports and documentation for all site activities
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Support post-installation services and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- 3–10 years of experience in installation / field service roles
- Strong knowledge of equipment installation and troubleshooting
- Experience in building materials / construction products preferred
- Ability to handle multiple sites and travel as required
- Good understanding of site operations and service processes
