Responsibilities / Tasks
- Responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and service solutions to customers for granulation equipment's [i.e. PMA (Rapid Mixer granulator), Fluid bed dryer, Blender, Lifter etc.]
- The role ensures customer satisfaction through timely troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of service quality.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or softwarerelated issues.
- Perform on-site, on call and remote support to minimize downtime.
- Provide product training to operators, technicians, and maintenance teams.
- Propose after sales business to generate revenue through AMC, Service call, Spare parts suggestions.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Should have in depth knowledge of trouble shooting & maintenance of the granulation machineries with electrical/instrumentation, pneumatic controls.
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance of medium size machinery (preferred pharmaceuticals equipment for solid oral dosage and related accessories).
- Should be able read & understand mechanical drawings, plant layout, GA drawings of equipment, P&ID diagram, Utility schedule, Electrical schematic drawing etc.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and checklists.
- Record AMC visit & timely proposed user for preventive maintenance.
