Description
- Engineer should be well versed with Avaya voice technology platform.
- He should be aware of the Avaya applications like – Avaya Communication manager, Avaya System manager , Avaya session manager , Avaya AES application, Avaya SBC , Avaya gateways . Should be having exposure on these applications installation and configuration , along with their integration and commissioning.
- Avaya call management system . This all to be on Avaya version 10 . Avaya version 8 and Avaya version 6.
- Avaya IP office systems – He should be having good exposure on Avaya IP office PBX and their installation and commissioning as per latest platforms and versions.
- Having good experience on troubleshooting for the fault identification on Avaya Communication manager , System manager and Session manager.
- Having good experience on troubleshooting for the fault identification on Avaya IP office platform.
