Job Description

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 6 to 10 years
  • Industry: Engineering
  • Qualification: BE, B.Tech / Diploma
  • Designation: Engineer / Sr. Engineer
  • Work Location: Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu
  • Preferred: Immediate joiners

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI), In-process Control, and manage Control Plans
  • Perform Roving Audits and Process Audits
  • Monitor CNC Machining Yield and drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives (FMEA, SPC, PPAP)
  • Handle New Product Introduction (NPI), Customer Complaints, and execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) using 8D / Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Improve Process Capability and overall performance metrics
  • Manage Cosmetic Defects, Attribute Agreement Analysis (ARR), and Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GRR)
  • Ensure strict Process Control in CNC & VMC Machining operations
  • Inspect CNC & VMC Machined Parts for dimensional and visual conformity
  • Coordinate and support Internal, Supplier, and Customer Audits
