Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
To ensure smooth operation of the plant by maintain all control parameters
Implement all maintenance activities in the plant.
Execution jobs as per the daily planning report.
Act on cost reduction and process improvement plans within budgeted time and cost.
Adhere to statutory compliance related to Safety, Health and Environment & Sustainability and systems like IMS, WCM and ISO
Planning and distributing jobs to technicians
Maintain a congenial work culture by effective communication with workmen both permanent & contractual.
Taking all safety measures to avoid risk of incident, health hazard and damage to machineries by way of DuPont safety and also actively participating in all PSM activities.
Idea of Logic, trends, event list & alarm list, Trouble shooting, Why Why analysis & problem solving tools
