Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing and ensure timely execution of bulk and institutional orders.
• Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, dispatch schedules, and payment follow-ups.
• Support pricing decisions and assist in commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth supply and delivery.
• Monitor collections and outstanding payments.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales volume and revenue targets.
