Role Description:
Develops complex applications and systems to provide the required functionality for all IT services, including configuration and adjustment of standard software. Provides application maintenance and support services to users or to service delivery functions and contributes to the operations of a dedicated application or application class.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Designs, codes, tests (incl. test cases, and scripts for module/component tests), corrects, documents complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations
• Installs, configures, customizes and integrates standard software
• Implements and executes module/component tests and provides technical documentation
• Executes the technical application support
• Supports the deployment and training of the application into production environment
• Monitors service delivery performance metrics and identifies required service agreement adjustments
Key Competencies & Skills required
Technical:
• Excellent Developer Knowledge of Sail Point IdentityIQ
• Extensive experience in Sailpoint IdentityIQ with Application onboarding, Workflow design and implementation, Plugin development, Policy creation and implementation, Report implementation
• Strong bug fixing and debugging know how in Sailpoint IdentityIQ
• Good JAVA skill
Nice to have:
• Good experience with HP-ALM testing tool in both Manual and Automation Testing
• Jira and Confluence experience
• Experience with Sailpoint IQ connectors to Active Directory/Azure, Mainframe/RACF and SAP, NetIQ
• Project management tool Clarity

Previous Experience & Qualifications
Education/Qualification:
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience
Knowledge & Experience:
• 3 -5 years of Development background in design, analysis and coding, bug fixing
• IT technical background & client server programming experience
• Financial Services background appreciate
