Responsible for the preparation and checking of Quality plan, Method statement and ITP with respect to
specifications / IS codes.
- Responsible for Establishment or Preparation of Design Mix at site.
- Maintaining all documents related to the site Quality Department, Drawing Register, and Checklist.
- Responsible for study of specifications of Items of work.
- To ensure that proper methodology and instructions are followed in execution of various activities.
- Materials Management
- On site scheduled Supervision of Works.
- Reporting and Documentation (Control of Documents).
- Coordination among the Client, Contractor ,Site and Consultants
- Drawing coordination with consultant.
Inspection of incoming material received at site for MTC availability and
organizing qualification tests as per ITP/Method Statements.
- Process Quality Checks of Activities Utility Diversion Works, Secant Piles,
Capping Beam and Flood Walls, Rock Anchoring, RCC Waller Beams, Rock
Bolting Excavation, Drilling and Controlled Blasting, Shotcrete etc. as per
ITP's/Method Statements at project site.
- Co-ordination with GC/PMRP Engineers for inspection of site activity as and
when required and obtaining clearances.
- Deliver Quality Toolbox Talk and conduct weekly meetings at site for guiding
site engineers and workmen to achieve desired quality and improve
workmanship in construction operations.
- To ensure that approved material is being used at site and proper
documentation is being done for traceability of quality checks.
- Identification of Non-Conformities (Violation of ITP and SOP) and coordination
with site team for resolving Non-Conformities (NC's) in stipulated time.
- Inspection and review of Calibration Certificates of various equipment's in use at
site and ensure calibrated instruments under use and calibration status.
- Sampling and Visual Checks on Concrete, Shotcrete, Cement Grout
