What will you do
- Install and configure complex system field devices using standard tools and methodologies
- Perform commissioning activities ensuring systems are fully operational and meet required standards
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Respond to and manage basic warranty service calls
- Coordinate with JCI teams, contractors, and customers to provide updates on project progress and issues
- Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality and compliance standards
What we look for
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in system installation, commissioning, or field services
- Knowledge of standard configuration and commissioning tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently at customer sites
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
