We are seeking a dedicated Engineer Quality to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our engineering processes and products. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality assurance and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Prepare documentation and reports related to quality standards and testing results.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Assist in the development of quality improvement programs.
- Train and mentor junior team members on quality assurance practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles.
- Strong understanding of quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Experience with statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
