Job Description
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Plan and conduct Inspection as per Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) for Incoming items
- Hands on experience with Monitoring and Measuring Equipment's/Resources such as Digital Vernier, Digital Micrometer, Gauges, Profile projector, Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
- Ensure the establishment of process control documents like Control plan, Inspection report, Procedures during Change management at the supplier
- Preparation of Control Plan and Inspection report against part drawing for new parts
- Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) for new parts development, Source change and Process change parts from the supplier
- Verification supplier reports, documents against First Article Inspection item and reports to be prepared in the prescribed format
- Non-Conformance Report (NCR) - Communicate to supplier and initiate action to get response like Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA), 8D Report
- Monitor Supplier performance (PPM) and communicate to supplier. Initiate action to achieve the targeted level of PPM

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum 1 year customer complaint handling experience
- Should Possess good writing and communication skills in English
- Knowledge on ISO 9001 : 2015 is added advantage
- Understanding of drawing requirements and selection of suitable Monitoring and Measuring Equipment's/Resources
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Diploma with 5 years experience / Bachelor degree in engineering with 2 - 3 years experience in Quality functions
