1. In process Quality - First off/ Middle off/ Last off inspection.
2. Experienced VMS- Video measuring system for part dimension report.
3. PPAP Document, MSA Report, SPC report. Layout inspection report.
4. Co-ordinate with customer for System & PPAP audit and closing the audit points.
5. New part Joint inspection with customer and approval.
6. Co-ordination with supplier for new product Layout inspection.
7. Monitoring and completing daily plan Vs actual parts for dispatches in PDI inspection.
8. QMS - IATF related documents and reports.
9. 8D and CAPA analysis method for Inhosue & Customer complaint.
