Job Description
Implementation of best practices from CMMI ML5 and various ISO Standards in Project/ Process/ Quality Management. Effectively deal with process quality assurance activities to drive the organization to higher quality performance levels. Conducting and facilitating ISO audits and CMMI based assessments inside organization.
Provide Early Warnings to Senior Management on Project progress in terms of Effort , Schedule,Defects
Process Customization/ tailoring based on the customer requirement
Face customer and certification audits as and when required
Provide on time Consultancy to project team and perform audits on QMS covering all applicable standards, customer process and tailoring
Enforcing information security practices in the projects
Ensure correctness of metrics from projects, escalate any issues seen
Perform IQA/ ISMS internal audit
Awareness on tools e.g.- configuration management tools, bug tracking tools, MS Office, Minitab
