Job Title: Proposal Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities
- Submission & preparation of technically correct offer for WTP & STP treatment plants.
- Understanding Customer Requirement
- Preparation of techno-economical viable offer
- Process sizing, offer preparation for all WTP/RO/ETP/Recycle/STP/ZLD packages. Preparing & maintaining cost data bank from approved vendors from Middle East, Europe, India etc.
- Cost Estimation - To prepare enquires for various brought out components & get the quotes from the vendors.
- To communicate the scope of work to various internal departments for the work related to their scope & take the cost estimation from them.
- Work out the detailed Bill of material & do the estimation of best possible lowest cost with cost estimation inputs from internal departments / vendors.
- Supplier quotation & negotiations with vendors.
- Preparing the Plant Data.
- P& I D as per the Contract requirements, approval of BEP.
- Preparation of basic engineering package which includes the P&ID, plant data & hydraulic flow diagram.
- Release of these documents to projects/ engineering department on time.
