Job Description

  • Monitor and control kiln, raw mill, and cement mill processes as applicable.
  • Troubleshoot process deviations and optimize operational performance.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for seamless production operations.
  • Manage manpower during shifts, conduct shift handovers, and maintain MIS reports.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and energy efficiency programs.
  • Minimize operational losses and ensure smooth plant operations.
