Job Description

  • Identify & resolve process issue related with mixing, production on shopfloor to ensure smoother procedure,more efficient workflow.
  • Developed standard operating procedure and documents workflows for current and future process steps.
  • Establishment of new product & implementation of new process- Stage gate method, FMEA.
  • New Press product establishment and PFMEA ,Process flow to identify bottle neck.
  • Problem solving with 7 QC tools, WCM matrix, why why analysis, gamba, DIMAC route & major kaizen.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Conduct training of operators, team members and change management process to improve operations
  • Reducing plant cost with RM project, value engg. & cost reduction projects.
  • Formulation improvements & implementation of instruction in SAP.
  • Supplier quality audit
  • Managed qualification of new raw materials and modified existing products to ensure continuous product improvement.
  • WCM green belt in QPC & Six sigma black belt
