Engineer - Process Quality Engineer

Role: Engineer - Process Quality

Experience: 3 to 6 years, Quality for at least 3 years.

Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech (EEE or ECE)

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform setup verification at the start of each shift
2. .Conduct torque verification twice during every shift
3. .Maintain and update daily process verification check sheets
4. .Handle line rejections and provide PDO clearances
5. .Monitor FPY (First Pass Yield) and support improvement actions
6. .Perform ERP clearance and ATOM zone clearances
7. .Attend and coordinate Cross Functional Team (CFT) meetings
8. .Ensure compliance with process and quality requirements on the production line
9. .Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities

Required Skills

1. Knowledge of manufacturing and quality process
2. Understanding of torque verification and process check
3. Basic knowledge of ERP systems
4. Good communication and coordination skills
5. Problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Ability to work in shifts and handle shop floor activities.
