Job description
- Maintain and updatePlant & Machinery asset records
- Monitordaily equipment DPRand utilization
- Trackdiesel issue and consumptionas per company norms
- Managespare parts inventoryand records
- Record equipmentbreakdownsand ensure quick response to reduce downtime
- Preparebasic utilization and idle time reports
- Updateservice and maintenance historyof equipment
- Assist inpreventive maintenance planning and tracking
- Maintain records ofhired equipmentand support bill verification
- Coordinate withvendors, operators, and mechanics
- Supportcomputerized monitoring systems
- Assist indigitization and automation initiatives
- Trackperformance and efficiencyof operators and mechanics
- Manageoperator and mechanic assignment
Requirements
- Minimum Experience:35 years in Plant & Machinery / Equipment Management
- Qualification:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering
- Experience inconstruction / infrastructure projectspreferred
- Good knowledge ofequipment operation, maintenance, and diesel norms
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting, record keeping)
- Ability to prepareDPRs, utilization, and idle time reports
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Hindi speaking is mandatory
- Willingness to work fromHead Office
