About The Role
We are looking for a Planning & Billing Engineer to support project planning, billing validation, and cost monitoring from the Head Office. This role plays a key part in ensuring
financial control, accurate billing, and structured project tracking across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of BOQs, cost plans, and budget comparisons
- Track actual vs estimated cost and highlight variances
- Verify contractor and sub-contractor bills based on drawings and quantity take-off
- Perform material take-off and BBS validation in line with IS codes
- Assist in material reconciliation at the RA bill stages
- Support project scheduling and tracking (MS Project / Primavera)
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports (MPR, WPR, DPR, cost tracking)

Requirements
Essential
- 24 years of experience in building / residential construction
- Strong understanding of billing, quantity take-off, and BBS fundamentals
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
Preferred
- Exposure to planning tools (MS Project / Primavera)
- Experience with ERP systems (Farvision or similar)
- Prior exposure to HO / PMC environments

A detail-oriented and analytically strong professional who can work with data, drawings, and cost metrics. You should be comfortable identifying discrepancies, supporting cost control, and maintaining structured reporting across projects.
