Job Description

Role Definition

Role: Entry-level engineers.

Key Responsibility

Proposal & Project Execution

  • Manage large size, complex project / proposal independently or supervise and manage multiple smaller projects / proposal teams independently
  • Fully qualified professional in piping and pipe stress analysis and proficient in the utilization of piping / pipe stress engineering theories and practices.
  • Proficiency in performing flexibility analysis of piping systems in accordance with ANSI B31.3 & 31.1 codes.
  • Hands on experience on Surge Analysis required. Should have worked in Surge Analysis tools like Flowmaster or equivalent.
  • Knowledge on Pressure Equipment Directive / EN Code and Rohr2 will be an added advantage.
  • Requires proven experience with stress analysis work in process plants like petrochemical & refinery projects

Interface Management / Other Competencies

  • - Co-ordinate with other EN disciplines and functions, vendors, sub-contractors, clients, PMC and entities
  • - Development & Continuous Improvement
  • - Contribute towards organizational quality, training and improvement initiatives and implementation in the projects, proposals
  • - Conduct technical meetings with the department for know-how backflow and lessons learnt
  • People Management
  • - Plan, manage resources including task assignment to project team members within the project
  • - Monitor, coach and develop team to enhance overall capabilities

Education Experience

  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
  • Site experience will be an added advantage
