Engineer-OSS

Cradlepoint is looking for a qualified and motivated Engineer - OSS (MS Core and Cloud Specialist) to provide technology leadership, specialist knowledge, and extended support in our Core and Cloud domains. These domains include CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core, and Cloud. As a key member of a dynamic team, you'll contribute to our Managed Services deliverables as part of the Cradlepoint Operations Engine.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Infuse Core and Cloud domain expertise into our Domain Support and Automated Operations team.
• Aid our Automation and Analytics team by applying Core and Cloud domain expertise to support various use cases.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions, solving potential problems for automation components.
• Amplify and propel recovery processes to ensure service continuity.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of automated Service Delivery methodologies.
• Diligently perform trend analysis to proactively detect potential system failures, ensuring timely restoration and repair when necessary.

The Skills You Bring: Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Cradlepoint Operations Engine - Mode of Operations.
• Overall understanding of Automation.
• Experience with EPG operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management.
• Familiarity with 5G Core Architecture.
• Understanding of Work Level Agreements (WLA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Focus on Customer Experience.
• Experience with Cradlepoint Charging System - Configuration Management.
• Proficiency in Database Management.
• Strong System Administration skills.
• Knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
