Job Description
Responsible for Service Manual development based on Sasetsu, Eisetsu, Production Spec List along with G2B database, maintaining Diagnostic Trouble Codes Procedures at the latest executional status w.r.t CONSULT Item List comprising Data Monitor, Work support, Active test, ECU identification/configuration, DTC codes.
Collaboration with Flat Rate Schedule team for operational alignment required in the market.
Need to dynamically collaborate with Global designers to conclude the ground plan procedure for technicians. CONSULT development knowledge will be an added advantage.
Should possess the knowledge on Bumper to Bumper Removal & Refitting procedure, experience on overhauling the engine will be an added advantage.
Should possess high level knowledge on quality control techniques to mitigate the techline challenges specified from the market.
Software knowledge operating with XML - Darwin Information Typing Architecture is mandatory.
Should be well versed on Periodical Maintenance required at Global region is expected along with Wiring schematic / diagram reading skill.
