Job Description

Responsible for managing QA functions which includes planning, coordination, supervision and clearing general work activities required to assure that the in process and finished products confirms to technical and quality specification.
Responsible for managing QA functions to assure that the in process and finished products confirms to the quality specifications.
Responsible for handling customer audits for system and product.
Coordinates product testing processes & participates in product testing.
Responsible for handling product & Process documentation (PPAP, PFMEA,TC,CP, Awareness regarding APQP )
To investigate the cause of any nonconformance and its corrective / preventive action – including use of Quality tools (8D , 4M , pareto , fishbone dig.)
Process Improvement - track the rejection of material throughout the process including OSM and action recommendation with help of production team
Deviation Control (if required) considering internal & external customer's requirement & maintain the data for the same.
Can read Engineering drawings and inspect product for compliance
