Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Supervise site activities including manpower, subcontractors, and daily progress.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the planning team for schedule adherence and timely completion of milestones.
- Monitor daily/weekly progress and report deviations to senior management.
- Support in resource planning including materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Ensure quality checks, inspections, and compliance with approved methodologies.
- Assist in quantity measurements, RA billing inputs, and material reconciliation.
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation for execution and audits.
