Key Skills

Experience in steel mill and supplier audits
Experience in sheet metal and stamping industry.
Knowledge of sheet metal testing and material evaluation.
Drive cost reduction through grade down, thickness optimisation, Weight check, and material optimization.
Knowledge of stamping processes such as blanking, bending, drawing, and forming.
Analyse stamping and quality issues and provide solutions.
Perform competitor vehicle sheet metal benchmarking.
Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams like Designers & Buyers.
Support new material development and localization activities

Experience

3-5 Yrs for BE Candidates

5-7 Yrs for Diploma candidates

Education: Diploma / BE or Master in Metallurgy or Relevant

Employment : Full Time
