- Review of GFC drawings as per the site
- Preparation of the indent of materials as per the site progress
- Preparation of the joint measurement and certification of contractor billing
- Preparation of Drawings for Electrification and Plumbing work for the building construction works
- Prevention and breakdown maintenance of the DG (Diesel Generator) Set
- PHE & Firefighting work
- Internal & External electrification work of building
Requirements
Must-have Skills:
- Having exposure in real estate, high-rise, or building construction
- Experience in Building Electrification work (external & internal)
- Hands-on experience in firefighting and plumbing systems
- Experience in conduit laying in MIVAN/Aluform Shttering building projects
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Practical Construction Knowledge of Building MEP/Services works
