Job Summary:
The Master Scheduler plans all steps of the manufacturing milestones to deliver our products on time to customer request date or our acknowledgement based on KOBs. He/she also master all internal flows and process along with Date alignment to be maintained. He/she is responsible for his own safety and must respect EHS regulations. He must respect all trade compliance rules
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Quality:
Applies procedures which are described in QA Manual.
Makes sure, final product is fully in line with write up, prior to completion.
Planning:
Provides LT quotations upon Sales request based on factory capacity constraints, materials LT and valve's orders technical specifications and requirements.
Validate the customer request dates feasibility.
Perform the scheduling activity in line with Delivery Prospectus LT or provided quotations.
Plan releases according to production WIP and capacity in connection with assembly supervisor
Launch assembly work orders proposed by the ERP from overdue customer request date to newest, or/and per the POR target, or/and urgency/complexity of the order, or/and based on inventory levels.
Proactive communication to customer/PM/Customer service to be provided on the status of order with proper feedback.
Coordinates with the engineering team to resolve any (internal/external) issue related to the BOM and handle the changes successfully.
Liaise with engineering, production, quality to ensure required specifications are met throughout the planning and execution process.
Has an insight on stores, assembly, paint, quality and packing capacities evolution.
Plan and organizes customer inspections at all stages of order.
Ensure to handle the MRO/Project valves or instruments and provide full co-ordination activities with different teams as needed to ensure best execution plan.
Contribute to improving inventory ITO and to all other inventory management programs, safety stock, E&O, early materials arrival/late materials arrival… etc.
Drive the best service level (RDSL & PDSL) by controlling the plan and leadtime activities.
Handle accurately all monthly reports such as : late backlog, RCA, OTD, Inventory Bridges, ITO, POR phasing... etc.
Support the business unit in cost saving initiatives.
Any other duty assigned by the management

A degree in engineering (Mechanical engineering).
