Job Description
Identification and design of Jigs/fixtures. Inspection/Verification of Jigs & fixtures. Preparation of process sheets, Jigs & fixture drawings for assembly process to meet the drawing requirement. Control and distribution of departmental documentation. Review and revised plant layout. Identify Risk & Opportunity in the activities carried out in department.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to read and interpret the engineering drawings. Should have good knowledge about product and about processes related to assembly, machining and fabrication. Should have good problem-solving skills. Knowledge of geometrical tolerances. Knowledge of designing of Jigs and fixtures. Proficient in using auto cad, Proficient in using SAP, Data analysis, Welding processes, Time estimation.
