Job Summary:
- The Engineer, Maintenance Planning III, is responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, plans, and schedules for equipment and facilities within an organization. This role involves optimizing maintenance activities, ensuring reliable asset performance, and minimizing downtime. The Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and provide technical expertise to enhance maintenance planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, plans, and schedules for equipment and facilities, considering reliability, availability, and cost optimization.
- with engineering teams to establish maintenance requirements, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks based on equipment criticality and performance data.
- equipment performance data, maintenance records, and operational metrics to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- maintenance plans and schedules to ensure effective utilization of resources, minimize downtime, and maximize asset availability.
- and implement maintenance optimization techniques, such as condition-based maintenance (CBM), reliability-centred maintenance (RCM), or total productive maintenance (TPM).
- with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of spare parts, materials, and tools required for maintenance activities.
- the implementation and utilization of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or enterprise asset management (EAM) systems to streamline maintenance planning and execution.

Qualifications & Experience:
- degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 2 years of experience in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or a related field, preferably in a process industry or manufacturing environment.
