Role Description
We are seeking an Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Maharajganj. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project design, planning, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include technical evaluation, preparation of project reports, coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors, on-site supervision, and adherence to quality and safety standards. The role requires proactive collaboration to address engineering challenges and efficient communication with relevant stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in technical skills such as project planning, design, and execution using engineering tools and software.
- Strong ability to analyze and evaluate technical systems and implement improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Experience in quality assurance, safety standards, and technical documentation for engineering projects.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills for effective project coordination.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address on-site challenges and develop innovative engineering solutions.
- Educational background in Engineering or a related discipline; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with infrastructure projects in sectors such as power, construction, or transportation is an advantage.
