Role Purpos

eWe are seeking a proactive and skilled Engineer to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization

Key Responsibilities (Outcome-Base

• d)Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issue
• s.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral device
• s.Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permission
• s.Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and connectivity issue
• s.Support Microsoft Windows environments, Office 365, and enterprise application
• s.Monitor IT systems and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service request
• s.Assist in maintaining servers, backups, and security protocol
• s.Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for issue resolutio
• n.Document support activities, troubleshooting steps, and IT procedure
• s.Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practice
