Job Description

Design and develop instrumentation and control systems for manufacturing or process plants.
Prepare instrument specifications, datasheets, loop diagrams, cable schedules, and P&IDs.
Select suitable instruments such as transmitters, sensors, control valves, analyzers, and PLC/DCS systems.
Review engineering drawings and technical documents.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation equipment.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors during project execution.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements. Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot instrument failures and control system issues.
Calibrate instruments and maintain calibration records.
Ensure maximum availability and reliability of instrumentation systems.
