Key Requirements

• 5+Years from Automotive Manufacturing background.

• Deep knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, Calibration, Change Management, and Heat Treatment quality processes.

• Hands-on experience in Root Cause Analysis, Capability Studies, Minitab, GD&T, metal forming, and assembly operations.

• Expertise in Customer Complaint Handling, Warranty Analysis, Product/Process Audits, and Burden Ratio Analysis.

• IATF 16949 Certified Internal Auditor with strong working knowledge of TS IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001:2011 standards.

• Strong application of TPM methodology, Quality Circles, and Statistical / QC Tools to optimize process capability and reduce scrap.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and team management skills.
