OfficeThis role requires a hands-on engineer who canindependentlydesign andimplementCI/CD systems, optimize cloud environments, and drive DevOps maturity across teams. You will play a key roleinimproving deployment velocity, operational resilience, andinfrastructure scalability.
Design,implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions toimprove deployment frequency and reliability
Design and manage scalable AWSinfrastructure using Terraform andInfrastructure as Code best practices
Executecontainerization strategy and optimize Docker-based workloads
Improve system reliability through monitoring, observability, proactive alerting, and automation
Reduce operational toil through scripting and automation (Bash, Terraform, tooling enhancements)
Partner with development teams to embed DevOps principles andimprove developer experience
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps standards and architectural decisions
5+ years of experiencein DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Engineering
Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining AWS-basedinfrastructure
Proven experienceimplementingCI/CD pipelinesin enterprise environments
Solid experience withInfrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Strong Linux systems expertise (Ubuntuand Debianpreferred)
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker)
Experience designing highly available, scalable cloud architectures
Familiarity with container orchestration
Experienceimplementing monitoring and observability solutions
Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices
Experience workingin regulated or enterprise environments
A builder who thinksin systems, not just tools
Strong troubleshootinginstincts and production ownership mindset
Ability to balance speed, reliability, and cost
Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
