Job description

Job Functions:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI applications.
• Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets for training and testing.
• Implement deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision algorithms.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business partners.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI pipelines and infrastructure.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning.
• Implement microservices architecture to build scalable and resilient software solutions.
• Use Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure to deploy and run software applications.

How will you get here

Education:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
• Experience with NLP, reinforcement learning, or generative AI models.
• Familiarity with big-data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
• Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistics.
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Proficiency in deploying ML models using APIs, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team
• Experience in agile development methodologies to deliver solutions and product features.
