Completed bachelor's degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible
7 8 years of Salesforce development experience required, Including 5+ years in Apex.
Ability to learn, understand, and work quickly with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space
Hands-on experience with CI/CD principles and best practices, including the use of GitLab for version control, automation, and collaborative development workflows.
Good knowledge and working experience in Agile methodology and familiar with tools like Jira and Confluence
Develop and customize applications using Apex to extend Salesforce functionality and meet complex business requirements.
Build responsive, reusable components with Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver modern, highperformance Salesforce user interfaces.
Design and implement Flows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency within Salesforce.
Execute system integration (REST integration) projects to connect Salesforce with external platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability.
Apply a strong understanding of Service Cloud to optimize customer service operations and case management.
Leverage experience with Experience Cloud to build and manage engaging, secure customer and partner portals.
