Job Description

Join us as an Engineer II leading the technical execution of complex multi-system integration projects. You'll design and deliver integrated solutions that combine electrical, mechanical, and digital technologies to help clients achieve their electrification, digitization, and sustainability goals. This role offers end-to-end project ownership and the chance to work on transformative, tailor-made solutions.

What will you do

  • Own technical solutions from project award to closure, ensuring delivery meets cost, time, and quality commitments
  • Design integrated systems combining multiple technologies to create optimized, differentiating solutions for customers
  • Lead technical teams through specification, design, implementation, testing, and supplier management activities
  • Assess and manage technical risks and interfaces while keeping stakeholders informed through clear reporting

  • Cost Management — intermediate level; optimizing technical proposals to balance performance and budget constraints
  • System Integration — developing level; coordinating multiple technology bricks into cohesive, optimized systems
  • Risk Assessment — developing level; identifying technical risks and developing mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle
  • Project Management — developing level; coordinating technical activities and teams from inception to delivery
  • Critical Thinking — foundational level; analyzing complex technical challenges and determining effective solutions
