Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Engineer and make a tangible impact on production efficiency and equipment reliability. Key Responsibilities:
- Intra-logistics and Material Flow Planning for New Products and CI Changes
- Lead or support process optimization and logistics excellence initiatives across inbound, outbound, and warehousing operations.
- Drive digitalization projects in logistics—covering warehouse automation, data visibility, and digital dashboards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, SCM, IT, Finance) to ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Benchmark best practices from industry leaders to enhance Schneider's Warehouse and logistics performance.
6–12 years of experience in warehouse design, logistics engineering, supply chain engineering, or distribution center planning
- Defining PFEP for current and future process / product lines
- Experience designing large-scale warehouses and distribution centers.
- Experience in manufacturing env, automotive, or 3PL environments preferred.
