Job Description Power BI Engineer
Experience: 4 - 6 Years | Openings: 3 [URGENT] |
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in SQL, including writing, optimizing, and tuning complex queries on large, high-volume datasets.
Build advanced DAX measures, calculated tables, and KPIs, ensuring optimal performance and reusability.
Perform in-depth data modeling using best practices (star schema, relationships, performance optimization).
Use DAX Studio for query analysis, performance tuning, and optimization of Power BI datasets.
Leverage Tabular Editor for advanced model management, calculation groups, metadata management, and best-practice enforcement.
Manage model deployments and version control using ALM Toolkit across development, test, and production environments.
Develop and manage ETL pipelines using Power Query, SQL, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Work with Azure services such as Synapse Analytics and Azure Analysis Services for scalable BI solutions.
Administer Power BI Service including workspace management, security (RLS), gateways, refresh schedules, and deployment pipelines.
