Key Responsibilities
Laptop & Hardware Preparation
- Prepare and configure laptops/desktops for new employees.
- Install and configure operating systems, company applications, antivirus, VPN, and required security tools.
- Perform hardware upgrades such as RAM, SSD, and peripheral installations.
- Maintain hardware inventory and asset tagging records.
- Ensure all devices comply with organizational security standards before handover.
User Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Level-1 IT support for hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot laptop, desktop, docking station, and peripheral issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and replacement.
Onboarding & Offboarding Support
- Support employee onboarding by preparing systems and providing required access.
- Collect IT assets during employee exit and ensure proper data wiping and asset tracking.
IT Operations & Maintenance
- Monitor system health and perform regular maintenance activities.
- Support meeting room IT setup and basic networking tasks.
- Maintain documentation for IT assets and support activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support or hardware management.
