Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the design and analysis of building structures, particularly in reinforced concrete and steel, and will be proficient in structural engineering software. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage projects, support team members, and collaborate effectively across disciplines.

Your role

  • Perform structural analysis and design of building structures using software such as ETABS and SAFE.
  • Utilize additional tools like Prokon, RAM Concept, RAM Connection, IDEA StatiCa, and Revit (knowledge of these is an advantage).
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to team members.
  • Manage personal workload efficiently across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Preferably 4-7 years of experience in a design office, focusing on building structures.
  • Experience working on Middle East building projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with multidisciplinary project environments.
  • Strong practical experience in reinforced concrete design and detailing to American codes.
  • Preferably experienced in structural steel design and detailing, also to American codes.
  • Proven ability in the design and analysis of concrete and steel structures.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current design standards and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible attitude towards work type, responsibility level, and location.
  • Ability to make decisions and act independently.
