Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Engineer role based in Surat. The Engineer will be responsible for implementing and optimizing technical solutions, conducting process analysis, and utilizing statistical tools to drive efficiency and performance improvements within the organization or for clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in utilizing statistical tools and methodologies such as TPM, TQM, 5S, Kanban, and Kaizen
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct process analysis for optimizing workflow
• Knowledge in areas like Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, and Strategic Business Development
• Solid understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Relevant engineering degree or professional experience in a related field
• Experience in leadership roles or project management is a plus
