Job Title: Engineer for Payment Channels Applications
Location: Pune, India

Role Description
- Corporate Bank Technology has embarked on a multi-year technology refresh program that includes revitalization of Channel applications for payment initiation, account information and reporting. You will be working on driving development for a global payment initiation platform that has React based micro frontends backed by Java powered micro-services deployed on RedHat Openshift. The platform uses Kafka for event processing and ELK & EXACC as datastore. You'll collaborate with other Engineers and Analysts on the platform embracing agile practices to incrementally add functionality to the platform, with a sharp focus on automation and CI/CD.

Your Skills And Experience
- Hands-on programming experience in Java and proficient in design patterns
- Experience in Spring technologies
- Individual Contributor and a hands-on technologist
- Expertise in Java based technologies and Micro services architecture
- Ability to solve business problems with an acute engineering mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient communication skills
- Proficient English language skills (written/verbal)
- Exposure to event driven architecture using messaging platforms such as Kafka,MQ
- Proficient in data technologies – EXACC, ELK ( Elasticsearch)
- Exposure to cloud native applications
- Exposure to digital transformation programs and industry best practices
- Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organizations
- Manage the SDLC of software components all the way to production including helping support the application to resolve production issues with appropriate triaging
- Familiarity and experience on Jasper Reports is an added positive
- Strong Devops skills
