Position/Job Title Head - HR & Admin Department HR Reporting to Head Operations Require By Month Recruitment
Education Qualification Post Graduation Specialisation MBA / MPM / MSW Experience 25-30 Years Exposure Experience Area Experience in all HR & PA related functions.
Knowledge of HR Policies / HR practices. Knowledge of Legal & Statutory, Plant Administration and Employee relations.
Job Description Formulation of HR related Policies & procedures.
Ensure adherence to all laid down HR Policies & Quality systems.
Recruitment of all positions as per Organisation structure.
Preparation of JDs & KRAs for all positions PMS management (Co-ordination, Supervision & reviewing).
Training & development activities & effectiveness monitoring.
Initiate organization culture development to build culture
Preparation of Budget related to HR Dept
Supervise functioning of P& A Dept Legal & Statutory complainces (Licensing / Returns) To Manage TS / EMS /OHSAS / TPM related audits.
To ensure effective implementation of admin related activities Govt and Local body liasioning Maintaining Good Industrial relations.
Skills Required
Good Knowledge HR procedures and system in similar type of industry.
Knowledge of Legal & Statutory rules & regulations
Knowledge of Grievace handling including procedures
Leadership, Communication, Interpersonal Skills & Grivances handling
Knowledge of Budget, Audits and allied QMS systems
Knowledge of Aspect Impact
Knowledge of Hazard and Risk Assessment Knowledge of Legal requirement
Knowledge of EPR / Emergency Practices
Knowledge of Best Safety Practices
Knowledge of Investigation /Analysis Tools
