Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Engineer - Facade Detailer, located in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing detailed facade designs, developing technical drawings, collaborating with the design and engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with structural and building envelope standards. The Facade Detailer will also provide support for project execution, conduct performance assessments, liaise with clients, and ensure that design specifications align with project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Strong expertise in Building Envelope and Facade Design principles
- Knowledge of designing and working with Facade structures, including materials and assembly techniques
- Undertake the design, engineering and documentation, provide specialist input, resolve technical problems and ensure quality of products and services on projects undertaken by the team;
- Work closely with the Team Leader or Project Leader on all technical matters relating to the projects;
- Assist the project teams with all aspect of project implementation, including but not limited to site and factory inspection, quality, audits, reports preparation, etc
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
- 4 - 8 years of relevant work experience
- Experienced in Façade Detailing in CAD and Revit Modeling
- Experience in façade/curtain wall detailing & drafting
- B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Knowledge in Logikal software will be an added advantage.
