Purpose of Position:- The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects,

negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills

and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products

through email and phone, we'd like to meet you.

Qualification Required: - Any UG Graduation ( Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Electronics

degree is a Plus )

Skill Set Required :- People's Person, Time Oriented, Great Verbal & Written Communication Skills,

Negotiation skill Basic Math Skills, Basic Computer Literacy, Handle Customers Relations &

Complaints, Crisis Management

Accountability :- The Sales team is directly accountable to Sales Team Leader

Timings :- 9 AM to 6:15 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and trade shows.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Travel to tradeshows and customer facilities to understand customer needs and provide the right support.
  • Host customers at our facility with technical and operations teams to help understand their manufacturing needs.
