The Engineer Execution Site (Tower) Civil Execution is responsible for the day-to-day execution of civil works for tower structures at the project site. The role involves ensuring timely, safe, and quality construction as per approved drawings and specifications, while coordinating with various stakeholders.
Execute tower-related civil works at the site as per approved drawings and construction schedules. Monitor daily progress and report deviations or bottlenecks to the site in charge.
Ensure adherence to quality and safety norms during all stages of tower construction. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other execution teams for a smooth workflow.
Conduct inspections and supervises concrete pouring, shuttering, reinforcement, and formwork. Ensure proper resource utilization, including manpower, materials, and machinery.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings. Monitor subcontractor performance and raise concerns as needed.
Assist in preparation of daily progress reports and quality documentation. Support in resolving technical issues at the site in coordination with engineering and design teams.
