Job Description
Hands-on experience with Zscaler technologies: ZIA, ZPA (and possibly Zscaler Client Connector) in an enterprise context.
Strong troubleshooting capability across networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, switching), security, connectivity, and performance domains.
Experience analysing logs/traffic flows (Wireshark, tcpdump) and performing deep packet inspection.
Understanding of security policy creation (web filtering, SSL inspection, sandboxing), traffic forwarding methods (PAC files, GRE/IPsec tunnels) etc.
Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing frameworks, incident/problem/change management processes (ITIL).
Good communication skills, ability to collaborate with multiple teams and vendors; documentation skills
